Why I study at FUB?

We decided to study Business Administration and Management at FUB because we think that we can acquire a broad and versatile training to work in any of the functional areas of a company: accounting, fiscal and labor management, finance, commercial management and marketing, human resources management, international management, strategic direction, operations management and production organization.

The ADE classes at UManresa have a high practical component and they use the simulation intensively to train management skills, both generic (negotiation, team management, time management, conflict resolution, decision making) and situational (inspection, audit, selection interview, shareholders meeting).

The simulation methodology is closely integrated to the teaching throughout the studies and includes activities with actors in spaces prepared to faithfully reproduce the real situations.
The students of ADE of UManresa can follow free courses of English, throughout the 4 years of duration of the studies, and of a second foreign language (French or German) from 3r course. UManresa promotes the geographical mobility of its students with exchange programs such as Erasmus or Seneca, but also with other initiatives such as short-term collective stays in EU countries from the first year or internships for recent graduates.

The students of ADE of UManresa enjoy teaching connected to the business reality from the first day, which facilitates their subsequent incorporation into the world of work.

UManresa, in addition, makes a special emphasis on the development of the entrepreneurial culture among its students, promoting an active and alert attitude in the detection and exploitation of business opportunities.
